TheBest started playing MOBAs in League of Legends, which he played for two years. He was introduced to SMITE by a friend in June 2012. As soon as he was level 30, he began playing ranked. He was brought into the competitive scene by Zapman who offered him a spot on his team, after losing to Best in a ranked game. Curse Gaming would eventually disband, and he would join ROOT Gaming to reunite with Zapman and form the roster that is now Team Dignitas. In August 2014, TheBest left Team Dignitas and joined Five Angry Men to compete in the Challenger Cup. Five Angry Men was soon picked up by Denial eSports. After playing for Denial for a while, TheBest decided to take a break from Smite. He soon returned to join COGnitive Gaming.
