Boosters in SMITE are a way for players to increase the rewards they gain from matches.
Account Boosters
Account Boosters are a type of booster that increases the rate at which players earn player progression. While active, 
Favor gain is increased by a 100% while Account experience and Worshiper gain are increased by 25%. Players will also receive 30 
Battle Points each time they claim a daily login reward.
This type of boosters are mainly bought with 
Gems at either the in game Store or from the loadout screen. These boosters can last between a single day and one month. While it is active, players can check the remaining time by looking at the player display at the top right corner of the main lobby screen (this can also be found at the loadout screen).

Boosters may sometimes appear as rewards in events or in certain Treasure Chests. Account boosters earned this way are automatically activated upon acquisition.
Team Boosters
Team Boosters are a type of booster that can be used in the pre-match lobby, and will grant the player that activated it and their teammates a bonus for that particular match. Only one of each type of Team Booster may be used per match, even if another player in the team was the one to use it. If the match fails to start for any reason, a team booster of the same type will be be refunded to the player that activated it.
This type of boosters can be obtained as a reward from Battle Passes, by rolling certain chests, purchasing bundles or through some events.

- Team Fantasy Points Booster: This booster was removed when the Season Ticket system was discontinued. Any leftover boosters were converted into Battle Points Boosters.
