Player Icon vs. Avatar[edit source]

In-game and in official Hi-Rez media (for example, odyssey.smitegame.com), the player icon is called an Avatar. Should we consider relabeling pages and sections to avoid confusion and maintain consistency?

Also, I haven't found a thorough way to search for all instances of the words "player icon" on the wiki. The Odyssey 2016 page, for instance, never comes up (even though it has the words "player icon" next to the Sky Dragon avatar). I've tried combinations of capital letters and plurals, etc. but nothing will consistency scan all content pages. If there's a better way, please write it here.

The entire section is in need of a revamp, but I haven't been able to come up with a replacement yet, which is why everything is still "somewhat outdated" with inconsistencies like the one you pointed out, and has a chaotic organization. If you have any ideas for improvements I'm all ears.--Malvodion (talk) 20:07, 7 October 2015 (UTC)

Music Themes/Soundtrack[edit source]

We should decide if custom soundtracks should appear on this page or the SMITE Official Soundtrack page. I feel that those that are unlocked with a purchase/promotion and are toggle-able in the loadout (Thor and Nemesis) should appear on this page and not the official soundtrack. The soundtrack page could have a bit that directs users to this page. Would you object to me making this change? -Phylea (talk) 09:26, 10 January 2016 (UTC)

Why not both? I always intended to have them there since the music themes are still part of the soundtrack. The only reason the latest two packs haven't been added to the cosmetics page is because I don't know what their names are (I don't own the Leona JPF skin, and the japanese pack hasn't come out yet). Once they are added to the cosmetic items page, the links can be changed to direct the players there.--Malvodion (talk) 00:19, 11 January 2016 (UTC)
