Notes

• This item is disabled in the Duel game mode.
• Deals 30% of your Magical Power damage with full stacks.
• Takes a total of 10s to gain full stacks.
• Stacks are only consumed if the ability activating it deals damage.
• When a damage over time AoE ability proc the passive, any enemy hit by a damage tick at any point in its duration will be affected by the bonus damage without consuming additional stacks.
