Just found some projected stuff online.
He is a ranged physical assassin with a bit of mafical scaling.
Found a bit of speculating:
He will use poison. (passive?)
It is said he has an ability which poisons all enemies in a cone in front of him. (2?)
He will have an auto-attack steroid that causes his bolas to bounce to other targets. (1?)
He has an ability that will damage all enemies that is affected by an 'acrobatic movement ability'. (3 or ult?)
